A few months ago...

I went up to Memorial Park in San Ramon in April and took these pictures.


This is the view from the park out toward Bishop Ranch and Mt. Diablo. I miss the green hills!

So Beautiful.

Susannah officially has us all totally enthralled!


Susannah was 19 days old in these pictures. She grew 1 inch in her first two weeks of life outside of Mommy. She was nearly back to her birth weight and little dimples were starting to form on her tiny elbows. Awwwwww...so cute!

Amazing parents or amazED parents?

What can I possibly say that would add more to this blog entry than the pictures of this beautiful family already say?


Sunday, after a busy morning at church, the slightly weary parents retreat to Cook Park's butterfly garden.

Just could not be prouder of my son!

Grand Dad is always ready to soothe the baby with his magic touch.

So much perfection in such a small package!

Oh, yeah!

Being a grandmother is everything I always dreamed it would be. It is all extravagant love and joy with no worries. Jonathan and Kristin totally have the parenting thing down and they are doing a supreme job of caring for this tiny treasure. I couldn't decide what I loved more, seeing Susannah with all of her myriad cute expressions and darling features, or watching J & K love on her and each other. We just reveled in every minute with them.
